Man and Jinn

This article contain independent thoughts on two verses of Holy Quran:
And he created the jinn from a smokeless flame of fire,
He created man from clay like (that of) pottery (55:14-

There are some connections between Jinn and man in Islam. Holy Quran mentions the creation of man immediately after the creation of Jinn. This Holy Book also mentions the way in which Allah created both species. Jinn is created from a powerful smokeless flame. And man is created out of clay which can be molded into various shapes.
We do know the nature of flame. It is annihilating. Flames raise upwards and absorb everything in its reach and change them into ashes. It does not keep water in its company. Meanwhile the clay is very soft and feeble. Potters make various types of pots and urns. Builders create magnificent artifacts using clay. Clay absorbs water and other contents. Water and other contents help the clay to take new and wonderful shapes which bring huge changes in clay's own future. Urns and carved artifacts are loved and preserved by the lovers of art and beauty.
Clay and flame are also connected with each other. when clay is continuously exposed to flames it becomes hard. For instance when a potter or builder of brick form particular shapes of clay and keep them in flame or its heat for a period of time they are changed into hard artifacts. Later on it is difficult to mold further such artifacts of clay or roll back it to its earlier stages.
perception of the features of clay and flame prompts us to think about the influences that are made by Jinn on man through their continuous interactions. Holy Quran says:
And when we said to the angels, "Prostrate to Adam", and they prostrated, except for Iblees. He was of the jinn and departed from the command of his Lord. Then will you take him and his descendants as allies other than Me while they are enemies to you? Wretched it is for the wrongdoers as an exchange. Holy Quran Chapter 18 al-Kahf: 50
This verse of Holy Book states a type of interaction which takes place between Jinn and man. Iblees, a Jinn mentioned in this verse is a member of species of Jinn. He is mentioned as enemy of human species. He has many descendants and all of them are followers of Iblees in his ideas and thoughts. They have been interacting with men continuously and bringing changes in the nature of men. These changes brought by Iblees are similar to those changes which happen in clay when it is continuously exposed to flame. Changes brought by Ibleess is difficult to roll back as well as changes brought in pots and bricks. Therefore beware of interaction with Iblees, vicious Jinn and his descendants.
However, Islam says that the Merciful Allah will forgive evils of man when they repent unless they associate (do shirk) with Him.
